How I spend my free time
When I'm in free and all my job done, usually it's time for me to do something I like so much, that's too many thing to do, one example is playing games, when playing games time usually flow faster compared to when we sit down daydreaming. And, we can play internet to entertain us, because just like playing games, time goes faster. And, internet is always updated, so we'll never be bored and feel monotone. If I'm bored of playing games, I will watch movies, of course, good movies not a bad one. Or I can call my friends to hang out with them, or do some sport, like football, swimming, billiard, and so on. And if I have no money or no friend to hang out with, the best idea in my mind is to sleep tight.

How I am going to Spend My free time
I always spend my free time on the computer.The reason why I'm so attracted in playing computer is that I can chat with my friends.You can also communicate with friends from other countries. With internet connection, distance becomes shorter. It is not just about chatting, but there are many things that can be done with computers. If you get bored, you can download games from the internet for free. We can download music from the internet too. Computers make our lives more convenient. With a single click,you can purchase things that you want. Computer is also a source of information. It is proven to be useful in helping people to finish their work since they can simply read from the internet. Computer is not just about words. It can be used for designing things such as cars, houses, sky-scrappers, airplanes and many more. With computer, it will enable 3D views, so that we will know better about the product. If you get bored, just turn on your computer and you will find that there are tons of things that you can do.
The Bad Effects from Computer
Computer gives more bad effect than benefit. If you play computer for a long time, usually it will cause dizziness. It is usually because the user is not used to it and did not take a break after using computer. Sitting in front of the computer will also cause sprain hands, neck and legs. Before you keep on playing computer, make sure that you strecth your body. Computer also damages your vision. After playing computer, your sight will become blur and difficult to see images from far distance. The worst thing is that you will become blind if you don't stop playing computer for a long time. The maximum time recommended for playing computer is about 1 hour a day. Beside vision, computer will also damages our brain. If you keep watching the monitor for a long time, you will find that you will be a little disconnected and difficult to catch the main point of a conversation. It is because the radiation of the computer that passes through our eyes and get into our brain. The best thing is to stay away from computer to avoid sickness.
How English Can Help You
People speak in different languages. Some people may speak Bahasa Indonesia, Chinese, Japanese and many more. But,the most important language is English. Nowadays, it is common to hear people communicate in English. There are also books that are published in English. To be able to adapt and communicate with one another is learning the same language as they used. English helps me to understand what people are talking about. If we can master the English language, we will get more opportunity to be accepted in better colleges, universities and companies. And, they will hire you and pay you higher salaries just for your English performances.

If I have a free time, I will take a rest for a while. After that, I will read some novels for refreshing. And then, I will waste my time with my family because now, I am too busy to have a conversation with them.
In the next day, I will contact my old friends. I really miss them and don’t have any time to meet them. I will visit my best friend and lost time with her. And then, I will try to study a little to make me remember the lessons.

How I am going to spend my free time?
In my free time I like to read books, especially comic books and novels. I liked to read funny comic books, and for the novels I like to read criminal or fiction. Sometimes I also read magazine, for example national geography or go girl. Since I was a child, I have already liked to read books. I still remember my mom used to get mad at me. She told me that when I read a book, I liked to forget about other things and not done my job.
So I try to hold back my feeling and not read until I done my job. For example I only read a novel at Saturday or Sunday. If I read a novel other days, I have a bad habit, to feel anxious about the end of the story and can’t stop until I know it or I fell asleep. Superman Vs. Spiderman
These super heroes from comic books have been very famous for many years. Both of them always fight crime and destroy evil. Even though they are similar in many things, sometimes I wonder who is the “cooler one” Superman or Spiderman.
As you already know, Superman has many power, such as flying, strong body, and strong power. In the story Superman even can pick up a train without any difficulties, he can also move fast to avoid bullet. Different from Superman, Spiderman not that strong and can’t fly. Spiderman has special abilities to make a spider net from his vein, he also have spider sense so he can move more flexible, or hear something from far distance. When you see the power of these super heroes, you may feel they are equal. But in the end, I think Spiderman is cooler than Superman, because if you think about Superman costume, you will realize that he wear his underpants outside his clothes and he will not seams cool any more.

He is a brilliant soccer player, clever and confident. He is great in shooting a gun on target and flying a helicopter. He idolizes Sherlock Holmes, a fictive detective, and expected to be like him. He is very popular in school as he was a handsome boy and talented as a detective. He loves Ran Mouri, his childhood friend and so does she. Accidentally, Shinichi was involved in a case which also involved 2 mysterious men in black who force fed a poison meant to kill him. He was shrunk into a child’s form. To hide his identity, he adopt a new identity as Conan Edogawa, a child who left by his parent alone and claimed to be a distant relative of Shinichi. He was taken care and lived with Ran Mouri and her father, Kogoro Mouri since Kogoro is a detective too and Shinichi hope he can get some information about men in black by helping him in some cases.
Also, I like the cases which were solved by him.

How I am going to spend my free time
I going to spend my free time with listen to music and read the books.Sometimes, I accordingly to doing that. I don't like noisy music. I loved instrumental or melow music. I really seldom to have a free time , because In desaign grafis class make me have a lot of assigment. So , If have a free time I will used the best and never waste time by doing useless things. Descriptive: Senayan City
Tinted green glass reflects on rays of light as it bounced on my spectacles.the building was built with fascinating and well organized srtucture. Senayan City also provides large parking space. In adition, there is a unique escalator in there, built on a shoe shaped wall. Its height is twice than usual escalator. Senayan City is also one of the latest and luxurious place in town. There are many different types of shop and functions on every floor, w can find almost everything from electronics to garment war and junk food restaurants--not to mention a medical center and jewelry store on the 5th floor, which is the food court floor. Here, there are many kinds of food; including Japanese, Chindese, Indonesian, Thailand, and Western food. In spite of that, the price is also quite affordable. Finally, Senayan City is one of the best places to hang out at.
Watching Extravaganza Show
I think everybody knows ‘Extravaganza’ show on television. I like the show very much because itc can reduce your stress. Well, the players perform jokes that always makes me laugh. Last year, I watched the show directly at Trans TV studio. It was amazing that I could participate in the show as the audience. I could see the show directly or from the big screen. I really enjoyed the show because we could watch the real show, real actors, and all the crews. It was completely different from usual. During break time, the players made funny actions and laughed with the others. Unfortunately, I had to leave the show before it was finished. But, I’ve already taken pictures of the players. I wish there could be a second chance to go there again.
My Free Time
Lately, my free time is limited. I still have to do my projects in my free time. It’s because a lot of assignments that I get everyday. But, I also have time with my family and my boyfriend. I usually go out or have dinner together with them. Sometimes, I just stay at home and spend time with them. Beside that, I like to read novels and maybe watch television, if there are any interesting movies. Actually, what I like to do most is wake up late. I can’t do that on the weekday. On the weekend, I love to take a break for while after all the study in university. Therefore, I can refresh myself and get ready for the next day.
why i chose binus international?
When i was in senior high school, i was very confused about " which university that i want to choose?". After i came to Binus International exhibition, I felt so interested in all of things that Binus International have, especially about art and design major. After Mrs. Jane, the headmaster of art and design explained to me about the lecture in this major i felt more excited along joining in this university.
In addition, why i chose Binus International because Binus International provided us with a double degree program which i can get two titles all at once in four years from two different university. I think the double degree program is very useful for my future because i have two titles from different university so i think i would be able to find better job than if i just have one title. Nowadays, a lot of people are using cellphones in their life. They use that electronic equipment because it makes them easier to communicate with each other in other town or overseas. Aside from that, some of the cellphones now are having 3G, so we can look/see each other without meet together. I think that, all people should use this equipment because it will be really helpful in their life.

Therefore, when the time is closed to the deadline I already prepare all the assignments completely and it will be ready to be handed in.

How I'm going to spend my free time
When I have a free time,I always used that chance for sleeping, watching film, playing bass, shopping, and hang out with my friends. Sleeping, watching film, and hang out with friends which is I can't do it in ordinary days can make me very relax. I ussualy have a free time at week end,because from monday to friday I'm very busy with my course, my homework, and practice with my band. So if I have a free time,It will very usefull for me. Like sleeping, in working days
I only can sleep for 3-4 hours/day,but in week end I can sleep for 12 hours. In otherhand, I ussualy spend my free time by watching film. But if I boring with the film, I will do another activity that can make me not boring anymore. Sometimes I hang out with my friends too,but I think it waste my money. Because my friends in Binus always hang out to Luxurious Cafe. It's very waste my money. In conclusion, for me sleeping always will be the most comfortable way to spend my free time.

How I'm going to spend my free time
When I have my free time, I usually hang out with my friends, go somewhere, like mall or cafe. Sometimes I go out with my girlfriend, watching new movies at 21, and have a dinner with her. If my friends and my girlfriend can not go out with me, I spend my free time to do some project or assignment which lecturers give me, after I have finished my assignment, I can watch TV and have a snack. Sometimes the TV programs bores me, so I can do the other things like chat with my friends or sometimes I wash my car. I think we must spend our free time to relax our body and don't get stress. My first week in Binus
My first week in Binus is not too special. My first week in Binus is the same as everyday when I went to pre-university. Maybe because I already know everyone at Pre-academic English. When it was my first time coming to class, the lecturer asked us to introduced one by one. Some of the students are my Pre-academic friends, but few of them are new friends. After that, the lecturer gave some explanation about the subject on graphic design. At first time, I was really bored coming to class. I was very bored, because I couldn't enjoy the facilities like free internet access and library. I can't use that because I did not participate in O'days.
Therefore, I say my first time in Binus is ordinary. Nothing to do and just like Pre-academic English before. But now, I enjoy coming to Binus , not like the first time. Now I feel comfortable and enjoy.

Life and Death
We know that people live and people die when it's the time. It seems like we come to the world just to come to death (?). People can think about that. But people who live give effect to each other and their help will give joy to someone who needs it. Life is not useless. In addition, life is to create something in the world until we die. Every act make people think again or the memory of you will stay even though you are already dead. Humans can't live by themselves. They always depend on each other. They also can't do anything alone to survive, especially to eat. We still have time if we are still alive. Do something good and tell the truth to each other, so people will remember you forever and you don't vanish from the world because if people forget it hurts and it is a sad thing. We must save our time and not waste it because we have that time.
Car Modification
Nowadays, many people use car not only for transportation, but also for their hobbies. They can modify their car as they want. There are three concepts for modification. First is elegant style, second is racing style, and third is extreme style. Elegant style costs more and it is expensive than the two other style, because the modification part for elegant style is very detailed. For modificator, they can choose their wheel size, usually for elegant and extreme style modification the wheels used are 19 inches to 20 inches rims for their wheels. As for racing style usually uses 14 inches to 18 inches rims. The bumper shape for elegant style is so simple. They only use lips spoiler and side skirt only, not like extreme style. They have many shapes into the bumper. If they want to make their cars lower, they can change their car suspension, it makes their car looks good. Finally, people can modify their cars as their hobby, but it's an expensive hobby.

My Favourite Musical Instrument
There are so many kind musical instrument in this world. Now, I'm gonna tell you about my favourite musical instrument called Bass Guitar. Bass is a musical instrument played with the fingers by slapping, popping, plucking, tapping or maybe using a pick. It's look like Guitar, but with a larger body, Long neck, and tuned one octave lower pitch from guitar. In a Band, bass is typically used to provide the low pitch. If a band don't have bass player,their music will felt empty. like don't have "soul".
There are many types of Bass called Contra Bass, Acoustic Bass, Electric Bass,etc. They also have their own advantages, like Contra bass. It's very comfortable if we used it to play jazz music,but the problem is the size of Contra bass. Too large. It's very difficult to bring it everywhere. Because of that I think Electric bass is more effectively. Its Body is smaller than Contra bass, so we can easily to bring it. The other reason is Electric Bass have more option than Contra bass. I also prefer to play Electric Bass than Contra Bass.
In conclusion,I love this Instrument. I hope in the future I can be a great bass player.

About BiNus
BiNus is a good university.
All of the lecturers are professional in their field.
The lecturers especially for pre-academic English are the native speakers.
And the remainders are all graduated from foreign country, holding Master’s degree and speak English very well.
BiNus is a nice place to study with sufficient facilities such as: full AC classes, wireless internet connection and so on, even it just likes a small office.
BiNus located strategically within the walking distance to Senayan City, Plaza Senayan, STC and Ratu Plaza.
And the nicest one, I thought BiNus International is the only one university which offers double degree program, therefore it is a big opportunity for someone who wish to study abroad only in a year.
In conclusion, BiNus is an extraordinary university.

When i came to university at the first day,the first think that i must to do is to manage my study from high school to university study.fist maybe i will manage my time, i will decrease the time to play and increase the time to study.secondly i will manage my health and rest so will not effect to my study,so i can allways fit to study.thirdly i will manage schedule for every day so i can have time to study and will not effect my daily activity.so for the last i must dicipline my self and not to be lazy with all the schedule that i make for my self.
How English can help you?
Nowadays almost every person in the world can speak English, and use it as a second language. Therefore I think by learning English, it will help us to make an international connection with other person.
Speaking English will help people to get to know each other culture, like if we want to learn about Korean dance but we can’t speak to them. Then we won’t be able to learn about it. But since we both can speak English, there won’t be a problem about it.
We can also make a business connection with other country, so we can expand our business. They can put their money in our company stock, we can many a new company with them, or even buy their franchise. Like Bread talk, J.co, ect.

Since we are just a kid, it is always important for us to manage our studies. When I was in junior high school I learn that it is an important step to learn to manage our time before we manage our studies.
From manage our time we will be able to improve our self and our studies. For example when I separate my time for about 1 or 2 hours every day to do the homework or learn. I will always able to get more concentrate because I know I don’t have much time to studies, so I learn with more serious. My Major
Two months before i decided to have my university at BINUS,i did not even have a plan on what majar am i going to take this is because i'm not good at studying.Maybe i'm too lazy.My high school grade was horrible and i'm sure if i continue there,none of the colleges will accept me.My dad is a business man and he wants me to follow his pace and wants me to be a graphic designer.I was totally freak out when i heard those word, "DESIGN"?But finally i've no choice so i went to BINUS where my family introduces me to.So from the first day of university i decided to be the best designer that i could in order not to dissapoint my family again as in high school before.

Time management is of course one of the most crucial thing in both high school and university life, Similar yet different. During high school everything are still by far easier compare to university. In university I really have to manage a proper time management so I can finish my assignment on time. And I have to be original in everything I do. So I think time management in my study is very important.

When I was in senior high school, my parents asked me, “What major do you want to choose?” I told them, I have chosen arts and design as my major. Why girls likes to spend their money than boys?
Why teenagers, especially girls, rather than boys like to spend their money on something useless. Just in case, I'm still questioning why this happens. Because it happened to my life. Actually, when I visit a department store I find many interesting goods which are displayed in the store. If the goods have an attractive appearance and an attractive price, I will not need a long time I will decide to buy the goods. Even though, I don't really need the goods for that moment. Not realizing the problem, this happens continuously in my life. And, made me lose a lot of money for something unnecessary.

My first week in University
I joined a university in 2007, which is Binus International university. Surely, it's so different with senior high school such as the courses, ways to study and the environment. In university, every students asked to be independent person. While here at Binus, I have scheduled to go to the university in the morning everyday. It has advantages and disadvantages to me. University means new atmosphere for me. So, I need an extra effort to adapt. Firstly, it is an unusual situation and it has many surprises. After, I was there around five days. I started to adapt. Even though it isn't easy to join new environment but I have to try by myself to make it comfortable and adapt to the situation. However, I have to study and deal it in university to continue my life. So, I will do my best to defend and study.
The Introduction
Firstly, I would like to introduce myself. My name is Fellyna but you can call me cing2 if you feel that Fellyna is hard to pronounce. Although I had spent my past eleven years in Singapore, that doesn't mean that I'm good in English that is why I'm in the pre-academic English class. Actually I didn't really care where I should be in a pre-academic or academic class because all I want is to improve my English.
Today was a bad day for me. I went to BINUS Anggrek and unfortunately they did not allow me to enter as I wore sandals to the campus area. That was really frustrating because I have a hard time and ways for searching that campus. Around afternoon, I was too sleepy for my drawing lesson so I went out of the class and played around.
In the evening, I was quite mad with my parents for picking me up late. I even dozed off at the sofa of the back lobby all alone. So far this is what I've roughly done today.

The Club
There are many clubs in Binus. In the orientation days they presented their club, they explained many things such as their program; background; vision and mission; achievement; and requirement to join the club. There are about 14 clubs presented on that day. All of them are actually interesting, but each person have their own interest. For me, I don't have any interest in music, so I won't join Bimus or VOB, because I don't have any sense of music, I am really blind about music. Actually my interest is in sport and art. So probably I might choose basketball, football or the CIA. but I am afraid that it will disturb with my own studies, I am afraid I can't manage my time well. This is my biggest problem when joining clubs. I am an art student, there is a lot of assignments everyday. I'm not sure that I can finish all my assignments if I join three or more clubs. The other reason is that I like to play basketball, but I'm just an amateur. I just play for fun. After all I think I will try to join several clubs, if I feel that it is tiring and too hard to manage I'll stop and quit from that club.

Sometimes, when people have a lot of activities, they feel tired or lazy to do other activities. Maybe, hanging out can give (a boost) to the spirit for some people to return them into their full stamina. Not all of the people like to hang out at all, they just want to stay at home. Hang out is the condition that means we're out of our main base camp.
There are a lot of places for young and old people to hang out. Actually, young people are more interested in hanging out.

Why hanging out is important?
First, it's for refreshing. When we are stress because of the activities, hanging out is really helpful to purify our tiredness... After that, we can talk to each other, whether it is with our best friend or your girl/boy-friend.
Second, it can help us get some new friends, for example when we join a club, we can talk to our friends, not only that we can discuss our problems and ask them to give the solution.
Third, it is really enjoyable.
So, from the above we know hanging out is very interesting and enjoyable not only for young people but alse old people.

It's very Important to manage our study. Especially in the University which have very different culture from the school. In the university we study how to be an independent person. The Different Between University and High School
I was very suprised about existence between university and high school.It was very different.When I was in high scholl I always come late , postponed the homework until the due line,and we don't need to learn discipline.It's very relaxed like do nothing. You come to the class, like go to the other house. And we like a child , always need attention from teachers. But, In University every lecturer will considers you already adult. They give you liberty to express your self and manage your self.In university we also learn about discpline,friendship and cooperation.We learn about how avoid our self in order not be a selfish peole with others.University is more tiyed than high school.You must collect your assigment on time, don't late come to the class.Your attendent in the class is one of most important.Existence in univerity are also Very free. Managing Our Studies
In university we must know how to manage our study. It's a different environment between high school and university, so we must give our time to study. We must note the class schedule, the assignment due date, when we get mid term or final examination. We also must lessen our time to play, so we can do the project or assignment before the due date. What is your feeling if you have done your assignments, I think your feeling is free from worry. We also can have a preparation prior to the class, for example, looking at the syllabus first, so you can know what lesson you will get tomorrow. Finally, I think studying in the university it's not difficult, if you know how to manage your studies.
Managing Your Study
Talked about managing your study is related with university live. We knows the most important thing in university is you can manage your self. When you still a student in high school managing your study is not to important, because homework in high scholl is not determine your miscarriage. The most important in high scholl is you final exam. But, in university are defferent , if in high scholl the homework is not important, in university homework is the one most important thing that you must collect on time. Usually , the homework not only one , it can be more than 3 depans from your subject. Thats Why , managing your study is most important to university student. You must be able to effectivelly management and make the best use of your time.NOt only that, but also you must use effectively your time and efficiently as posssible.Don't forget , You must collect on time and then must finished all, if you want get a good grade or score. To managing your study is not easy. You must to permit something that you like it. English is very helpful in our career
Everybody knows that English is a universal language in the world. Nowadays, people in different countries often use English to communicate with other people. In Indonesia, people learn to talk with English because we have to follow the globalization era. We live in a developing country, it means that the modern life influences us in our life. Most of the companies in Indonesia are looking for people who can speak English well. They need the workers that can communicate with other people from many different countries. On the other hand, learning English is very helpful in our career. Therefore, we have to practice English regularly. I believe that my option to choose Binus International as my university is the right decision. It will help me to be ready to get better job in the future.
Sambisari temple
There are many famous ancient Hindu temples in Indonesia, such as Borobudur temple or Prambanan temple. These two temples are already becoming the main attraction in DI Jogjakarta. Many international tourists or national tourists usually go there to see the beautiful scene. If you also like to see ancient temples then you should come to Sambisari temple. Sambisari temple is located about 5.5 km from the west side of Prambanan temple. After it disappeared for centuries because of mount Merapi’s explosion. In July 1966 a farmer went to his rice field and when he started to dig the ground, he accidentally found it. After that, this temple got a reconstruction and the reconstruction was completed in 1986.
The unique thing is that the temple is buried 6.5 m under the ground and it doesn’t have any real foot temple. Unlike other temples that have real foot. In this temple there is one main ancient Hindu and three Perwara temples. Inside it there is a room with Lingga and Yoni statues in the middle. These two statues are an aspect from Siwa, a destruction god in Hindu religion. Beside that the statues also present fertility and totality. Outside every main temple walls there are many statues. For example there are Durga (Death’s god) statue, Ganesha (god of knowledge) statue, or Siwa Mahaguru (a priest that became one of Siwa's aspect) statue. From all the research, experts think that Sambisari temple had already existed from 812 AD until 838 AD. But they still are not sure as to who built the Sambisari temple.
When I came to this temple, it was not as big as Borobudur temple but it was a very beautiful and an artistic temple, especially the statues on the outside wall. There also weren’t many statues that had been stool because Sambisari temple is not as famous as Borobudur temple. So if next time you go to Prambanan temple, I suggest you also come to Sambisari temple, because it has a different attraction and has many unique statues.

English is one of the most favourite languages in this world. most of people speak English, I prefer to use English than Indonesian. But, learning English is sometimes very difficult and makes me stress. English language is very helpful language for our future, to interact with other people around the world. Because if we can fluently speak English, we can talk to almost anyone and anywhere around the world! And English help me to reach a better future and to reach success for my career.

Euthanasia is an interesting act. Is there anyone who knows what the meaning of euthanasia is? Actually, euthanasia is the intense killing by act or mission by dependent human being for his or her benefit. In England, euthanasia is called “narc killing”. People who decides to do euthanasia have reasons.
Deadly disease is the one of the reason why people give euthanasia. Doctors give euthanasia to the patient who gets deadly diseases like AIDS, stroke, final stages of cancer and etc. The second is the economic reason. Many people do euthanasia to their family who can not live without the medical treatment. They do that because the expense of using the medical treatment is very expensive.
Many people said that euthanasia is a crime. Actually, euthanasia is not a crime because it has a permission from the patient, the people who is given euthanasia, or the family of the patient. Euthanasia is just one of many ways to help people finished their suffering.

The Key of Happiness
I really love this meaningful sentences, “I’ve learnt that sometimes I don’t get what I like in my life, so I decide to like what I get in my life.” I read that sentence from the book made by Arwan Pradiansyah, ‘Life is Beautiful’. Well, I think our life is wonderful if we know how to be grateful to God. It’s all about your perspective. You are the one that decide which way that you see in your life. If you see your life in a negative side, you will be an unhappy person. But, If you see your life as a gift from God, you will be happy everyday in your life.
You will enjoy your life, although you don’t get what you want in this world. Maybe your friends can reach their dream and you don’t. Maybe your relatives have more money than you have. Maybe your friends are more popular than you are. There are a lot of chances that they get, but you don’t. Sometimes, you get frustrated and depressed. You are jealous with people that get something better than you. Finally, you will hate your life and of course you'll feel unhappy in your life. I believe to be grateful to God is the key of happiness. If you always love what you get in your life, you will see your life is very beautiful.

Managing Your Studies
Managing your study is the most important thing in university life. I think you can’t handle your studies if you don’t manage your time carefully. In university culture, students learn how to be independent adults and also students have to be responsible adults. On the other hand, you must keep organized in your studies. For me, having a schedule is very important, especially with my major, which is Art and Design. Well, there are a lot of projects every day. Therefore, if I don’t have a schedule, my studies will be in a mess. In addition, you really need to stick with your schedule. If you have assignments, you should to do it as soon as possible. If you postpone your tasks, you will have other tasks. Finally, you will get several works that have to be done in same time. Unfortunately, you only have limited time. Maybe, you don’t have a chance to do your best because of the deadline. Finally, you really have to manage your studies because it is very helpful to survive in university life.
How English Can Help Me
Nowadays, many people in different countries use the English language as their secondary language. The English language is very useful when you go abroad to another country, if you can't speak their language, you can use the English language. I think English is also very helpful for your future, because after you graduate from your university and you want to apply for a job, the first requirement is that you must know English. Lastly, if you like watching international program on TV and you understand English, you can enjoy the program, because you know what the program means. On the other hand, English is an international language.
My First Week in Binus
It was my first week in Binus. I will find a new life, such as new friends, new schedule, new projects, and anything else that is included in the university life. At the beginning, I was a bit afraid and nervous when I came to the class because I will met new friends that were different from my school. I also met my seniors and they are fun to me. I really enjoy the class especially my schedules and my major. There are a lot of things that was entertaining and enjoying for me. My first week in Binus was fun.

It's very interesting for me. This university also has so many facilities like free internet access, library, and computer laboratories equipped with the latest technology and also great lecturers. It has given me a great opportunity to enjoy learning.
In Binus I can always find helpful and friendly employees in student services. In conclusion,I'm glad that I joined Binus International and become one of the Binusian. =)

My first week in Binus
The first time I came to Bina Nusantara University, I felt so excited. This can be a new experience and challenge for me. Especially the course that I take which is art and design. It is my choice. In this university, I also meet new friends and I enjoy the university environment. The interesting part (about the university) is the different methods of teaching and studying compared to my high school, in the university me must manage our time and it's very busy. I really enjoy studying at Binus University, because not only the lesson that I get, but many facilities that can I use. In conclusion I feel proud being a Binusian

Jakarta, the Tourist City
Jakarta is the capital city of Indonesia. One of the biggest town in Indonesia among Surabaya, Makassar, Medan, and Banjarmasin. It has many great things to see, that is the reason why so many tourists come to Jakarta. First, we have an amusement park near Ancol beach which is called Dufan. It has many thrilling rides such as tornado, rollercoaster, etc. Many people come to try it. To come to Dufan, we just pay for Rp 60,000. It's cheap, because with only Rp 60,000 we can try all games.
We also have Monas as our symbol. Monas is located in the centre of Jakarta. It looks like a big and tall tower which has gold on top of it. We can also see the first Indonesian flag in Monas. Around Monas, we can find so many peddlars which sell food, drinks, kites, etc.
Third, we also have many traditional Indonesian food. Most tourists like our traditional food because of its taste. Padang food is one of our traditional food. It's very delicious, but not all of the tourist like padang food because padang food usually use hot spices.
Jakarta is a beautiful city and have a lot of entertainment. Therefore, many tourists should come to Jakarta.

New Technology Helping Learners
Hello everyone, the thing about this new technology called blogging is that we can practice more on how to express ourselves by writing in cyberspace than ever before. I have invited all of you to at least utilised this technology to help us to write better.
As I am writing this, it is nearing the second week which means those that are invited are asked to write something about certain topic of choice.
The first week which should have been online have not yet been online, this is due to certain technicalities i.e. challenges with the Internet provider at my end.
So, please during the weekend contribute at least two. The first topic is all up to you, whether it is an introduction about yourselves, or your hobbies, be my guest. As for the length of this first topic is about a paragraph.
Now, as for the second topic let's limit the topic to "Managing your studies". Or if you think this is too much why don't you choose one of the two, "My thoughts on studying at the University", or "My first week in Binus".
