First, they told normal people that they hire to act as their actors / actress, they will find their target and when they found the target, they will ask for their help, wheather asking for help, some money, or even to buy their goods, if they refused, the actor will leave them, but if they willing to help, the "Tolong" crew will come and give them quite a lot of money. This show teach people how to help other people without seeing what is their status.
